Multicultural Clothes Party/Afternoon Tea: Celebrate Harmony Day dressed in your best!
Families of all cultures are invited to spend the afternoon dressed in their traditional clothes, bring a plate to share and get to know their neighbours, as part of Kwinana’s Harmony Day celebrations.
There’s plenty of fun and free entertainment to join in with, including:
- Multicultural Parades
- Multicultural Performances
- Traditional Games
- Multicultural Quiz with prizes
- A chill-out zone with sensory play activities.
Hosted by The Celebrate Culture Action Team, we’re excited to announce there will a professional photographer at the event who will be capturing stunning images of families in their full dress, for free.
Each family will be emailed a full-colour portrait as a memorable keepsake from the day.
We’re celebrating Kwinana’s rich culture diversity with events planned to encourage everyone to experience, learn and appreciate Kwinana’s diversity.
