A sunny Saturday morning on 2 February set the scene for our highly anticipated launch of the ‘Me at 2’ passports at our yellow brick road event at Goodstart Cockburn Central.

Activity stations were situated along the ‘yellow brick road’. Children needed to complete the set task at each station to get a stamp in their passport and then move onto the next station.  Once all the activities were completed, they received a show bag stuffed full of goodies.

Each activity was taken from the ‘Me at 2 passport’ and included:

  • I can jump like a Kangaroo
  • I can thread beds on a string
  • I can follow instructions
  • I can drink from a cup
  • I can draw a single line in any direction
  • I can build a tower with seven small blocks

Children were also treated to face painting and arts and crafts activities.
